cos'è il settaggio "TIMING" dell'ESC?

Nella programmazione del mio ESC c'è una voce "Timing" con questi possibili valori: 0.00/3.75/7.50/11.25/15.00/18.75/22.50/26.25°

Il manuale descrive il settaggio così:
"Timing: This setting is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BRUSHLESS MOTOR SETUPS. The parameters of most brushless motors vary, so it is difficult to find the compatibility between the ESC and the motor. Setting this parameter will be determined by the motor size being used. It is important to remember that the higher the timing is set at, the higher the amount of power will be pulled from the battery pack. This setting can be used for both sensorless and sensored brushless motors."

Il mio motore è un Novak Velociti Light 5.5L.

Che valore di Timing imposto???
