Here are photos of my MM2001 Ver7 of Daniel.

PANNELLO PWM 6, PWM 6 and PWM-MOS 7.

I am building new drives for engines-PontiH, DANIEL, to replace them.

I accept criticism and suggestions for improvement.

I am very happy to see the result of your and my job, for the supply driver motor I send you as soon as possible a dedicated pcb, with the indications to use your transformer with my modules.

Very beautiful the front panel.

Can I use the pcb of fiser for engines, changing only the capacitors of 4,700-100V to 4700-63V?

You have the pcb of COMMUTATORE DIGITALE, I can not do.

Hi Josuè

If you want to use the transformer 15-0-15 with the PWM-MOS7, you must replace the R8 with one from 680ohm 5W, the diode Dz3 must be from 20V, the diodes D1 and D3 seem me small, put at least another of it in parallel.
Connect the 4 bridges H of the connectors P3 P4 P5 P6.

If don't have the condensers from 100v you can put also those from 63v but it would be better not to go down under the 80v.

Sorry the pcb of the switch it not ever I drew, if you tell me of thing need I can see to draw you one of it.

noto che hai sostituito il ponte ad onda intera a due diodi con la versione a 4 diodi.
Io adottai la soluzione 2 diodi per non sacrificare troppa corrente, la fregatura è che occorre usare il trafo a doppio secondario ma sembra non sia un grosso problema commercialmente.
La parte a destra ovviamente funziona trattandosi di cose ormai stracollaudate mentre la parte a sinistra non la conosco ma dovrebbe essere l'alimentazione del filo caldo!!!
Non vedo bene anche i due fusibili posti al centro della basetta.
Essendo montati sul secondario del trasformatore, dovranno sopportare correnti notevoli, in particolare quello di sinistra sembra anche ridicolo se rapportato al ponte da 35 amper.
Ci vorrà un fusibile da 5 o 10 amper....

io ho letto lm338 e daniel parla di 5 amper prelevabili.
dove hai letto 317 savio?
il 7812 non è regolabile a quanto vedo.

dunque facciamo un paio di conti.
da quello che ho capito daniel afferma che si possono prelevare due rami da 5 amper sul lato 5 volt, oltre ai soliti 12 volt.
Essendoci il ponte ad onda intera composto da 4 diodi, presumo che per ottenere effettivamente i 5 amper su entrambi i lati occorrerà fornire in ingresso non meno di 18 amper, altrimenti il trasformatore crollerebbe prima del tempo.
dico bene?
