I talked to the arranging group about your concerns. They told me they're waiting for replies from hotels and restaurants in the neighbourhoods for a precise estimation of costs.

When they'll have all the infos, they'll arrange a complete web page (in English) in the ACES Italy website. So... be confident :-)
