F5K power restrictions update rule:

When I started to design the new F5K contest I used my old Vortex 2.5 and searched for a motor to get a split second start and still keep all the thermal aspects of a DLG.
I selected a special Cobra E36 motor for this purpose: very light (<18 gram) and very strong. I made some calculations with ecalc and this showed me that the power with 2S is about 100 Watt (2S, 7.5x4 prop).
On 3S with prop 6x3 the power is about 150Watt. At that time I tried to limit the power to prevent very high launches. But after the introduction of the Nominal Launch Height I found a new mechanism to prevent very strong power drives as high launches brings you a lot of penalties.So after the test contest in Losser I decided to skip this aspect in the rule. I have uploaded the new version on the website. Result: maximum battery 3S and no limit in power anymore. I think this is more easy to control. Anche io avrei un f3k motorizzato, ma è ottimizzato per la formula Dedalo, quindi con motorizzazione regolamentare, e quindi modello più pesante: LINK
