Ciao, io ho ordinato domani 11 ottobre dal magazzino germania un bel po' di roba tra cui anche 7 wurstel e 8 crauti ma ierlaltro non era ancora arrivato nulla

mi devo preoccupare???

Io non ho comprato niente e non mi è arrivato niente ma tra 2 anni sono libero di restituirlo... è soprattutto quest'ultima cosa che mi rende felice !

volevo chiedere perche quando ordino su hobby king mi trovo costi spedizione elevati pur rimanendo sotto i 500 grammi?
non ce alternativa?
anche ordinando per 152 grammi mi trovo 48 dollari di spedizione e possibile?

fai come me, ordina un dirigibile RTF (cioè bell'e gonfiato), peso -(meno)152 gr.

a mio cugino è morta improvvisamente la mamma, il padre è
impazzito ed è scappato di casa, il gatto è irreperibile, il frigo è vuoto e la sorella (mia cugina) è incinta.

Non si hanno traccie di spedizioni delle lipo che mio cugino aveva preso per me.

comunque complimenti per lo spirito goliardico

cmq credo che l'email da parte di HK sia arrivata a tutti no...?
magari sarebbe meglio fare chiarezza su questa questione e come conviene spedire adesso, che fare reclami ecc..
una cosa di buono c'è in tutta questa vicenda.. che incrementeranno il magazzino EU..


URGENT UPDATE

Our International Warehouse based in Hong Kong has been affected by changes in Hong Kong Customs policy. The new Customs Department policy is to inspect ALL parcels leaving Hong Kong (not just HobbyKing) and is refusing to accept shipments containing certain items.
This has caused two major issues that I wish to address:

Issue One
All orders containing lithium-based batteries that were placed between the 23rd of September and 2nd of October have been refused by customs and are being returned to our shipping dock in Hong Kong. Some orders not containing these items could also have been affected. This has also caused further delays to orders containing these items due to the backlog.
To remedy this, we at HobbyKing are upgrading all returned shipped items to a premium courier provider that will deliver your parcels to you shortly.

Issue Two
Due to the above issue, our Customer Service channel has been overwhelmed. This means that unfortunately all customers will have difficulty contacting Customer Service and for this we sincerely apologise.
If you are trying to contact customer service, please know that we WILL get back to you as soon as possible. To improve efficiency and improve response time, we request that you create just ONE support ticket. Your help on this matter is greatly appreciated.


To ensure that this does not happen again, we are:

- Integrating SCS Express as a shipping option from Hong Kong to Europe. SCS have their own in-house Customs officers which will streamline the process and ensure faster dispatch and delivery.
- Establishing another Customer Service Centre in the United States which will be staffed by modelers and will be able to answer all technical product enquiries. This is in addition to our two other Customer Service Centers.
- Expanding our existing EU warehouse so that more customers can enjoy lower shipping costs and receive their orders quickly.
- Negotiating with different shipping companies to be able to offer a complete range of shipping options.


As you can see, we are urgently taking steps to fix this issue. We have all hands on deck packing orders and answering emails (from Senior VPs to secretaries to janitors) to ensure that this backlog is met. We expect to be up-to-date within the a couple of weeks.

Please know that we strive to provide you with the best possible service. We regret any inconvenience or frustration that you have experienced.

per tutto il resto c'è sempre il mio solito post che risponde a tutte le domande sulle spedizioni da hk:

scs express è la scelta migliore in assoluto per comprare da hk perché viaggia tramite corriere, non ha problemi con le lipo, ci mette da 5 a 10 giorni dal giorno dell'ordine ad arrivare, viene sdoganata in inghilterra e se bisogna pagare mandano la richiesta di pagamento tramite paypal via mail (e in uk il vat è 19% contro i 22% della nostra iva) e viene consegnata da gls.
Se volete comprare da hk per un valore sopra i 50€ ve la consiglio caldamente altrimenti se scegliete un altro metodo di spedizione smettete di chiedere perché ci mette tanto tempo, perché la dogana non lo sdogana, perché perché perché, basta aspettare senza lagnarsi in continuo per ogni motivo.

Quindi per prendere altre cose che non siano lipo, le spedizioni sono sempre le stesse, ho hanno cambiato un po' tutto ?
Avevo intenzione di prendere un po' di cosette ( no lipo comunque) una schedina gimbal e due motorelli, robba per 100g forse e se mi sparano 30€ di spedizioni che si fottessero...
Ora faccio una simulazione di acquisto.
