Come si può negare? Il p38 è una creatura meravigliosa.
Altrettanto meraviglioso è questo modello.

Ma il rumore... che bel rumore... Giuseppe, devo ammetterlo, quel modello acquista fascino anche grazie al ronzio di quei 2 motoroni a scoppio. Un sibilo non gli renderebbe giustizia.

Infatti il mio bimotore elettrico ha quel problema, non si sente niente. :bua:
Poi anche a me da fastidio il rumore eccessivo di certi motori, quando se il tutto si mantiene nei limiti tutto va bene.

Chissà perchè i nostri motori danno fastidio ma quelli delle moto smarmittate sono tollerate dai vigili e dalla popolazione.

Review of the 25 P-51D.

I have built 3 planes from JK Aerotech and all have been very unique. They are all foam and coroplast designed for Combat. No gear or rudders. I became interested in combat after seeing a guy at our field fly one of these. I contacted JK Aerotech via email and bought the FW-190 and the P-51D at the same time. Both were pretty easy to build after studying the techniques used in building a foamie. It is definately a different way to think about RC. Function of fasion FOR SURE! Their online instructions were outstanding! A picture for nearly every step of construction. I put a Magnum 25 on the front of both planes. Plenty of power. The flight characteristics are much better in my opinion on the FW-190 vs the Mustang. The hardest thing about these planes is seeing them as they are fairly small. The Mustang fley kinda like a football while the FW-190 could turn tight and roll faster. Maybe it was the way I built the Mustang, but I'd recommend the FW over the Mustang any day. They dont fly like an Extra for sure, and if you hit hard on a landing, the thing is toast...well as far as you can stand taping up your plane for repairs. Definately reinforce the wings with bamboo skewers or carbon fiber as they will buckle at the fuselage. For what they are made to do, I think both the Mustang and the FW-190 are fine planes. I would much rather engage in combat with a foamie than risk a nice balsa plane to a midair (I've had one, it wasnt pretty).

Grazie Staud, ma non credo che questo sia il mio modello. Forse quelli di cui l'artuicolo parla sono un po' più piccoli. Al mio non si può non mettere nemmeno un abbozzo di carrello. Sarebbe impossibile atterrare...
