Almeno questo risponde, molti negozianti Italiani spesso non rispondono alle mail o trovano poi la scusa che ti hanno risposto e non l'hai ricevuta tu.
Fino ad ora in Italia mi sono trovato bene da un certo Robè e da una nota catena Italiana di modellismo e qualche altro che si conta sulle dita...e continuo a trovarmi bene ....
Gli altri alla fine si sono dimostrati poco professionali, chi non ti risponde o ti risponde dopo settimane, chi ti manda cose per un' altra e via dicendo...un buon negoziante non è tale dal prezzo dei proprio prodotti ma da come si pone con il cliente, poi quando uno riesce ad intuire strani comportamenti è normale che compra all'estero dove trova professionalità e ottimi prezzi.

sterlina..vai su un sito di cambio e te lo effettua
il tuo conto sono effettivamente al cambio di ora circa 16 euro..

Allora mi ha risposto di nuovo, avevo espresso alcune considerazioni per migliorare il suo servizio. Allora, intanto includerà il tracking number nell' email di spedizione avvenuta così nessuno sarà costretto a chiederglielo perdendo tempo, poi a tutti coloro che hanno acquistato arriverà la richiesta di fornire un numero di cellulare in modo da poter comunicare con un semplice SMS per esempio l'avvenuta spedizione o la soluzione di un problema. Per i nuovi iscritti il numero potrà essere fornito sul form. Attiverà sul suo forum una chat box esclusivamente per gli italiani, inoltre ha detto che si interesserà anche alle TX da 2.4 ghz.
Non male davvero!

Hi everyone –
Some of you I recognize, some I don’t. I was told about this forum by a Babicka who posts on here. I have been speaking with him to try to find the best way to deal with the Italian customers.
First - It was brought to my attention this week that standard post wasn’t showing as an option for European Countries outside the UK. As a result, the cheapest method available was First Class Insured, and this was very expensive. I'm not sure how long it has been like this, but I didn’t see it before. This has been fixed, and shipping costs for standard post to European countries is now ok. So those of you who want to order something small (escs, connectors, small motors etc.) can do so with a small postage charge. So for packages upto 100grams to Italy it will be about £1.50 and 200g will be about £2.20.
The second big change in the site is that you can no longer order anything that is out of stock.
This has made big problems especially for Italians, so now I’ve stopped it. Now you can only order in stock items which means EVERY order will be sent in 24 hours. If there is a mistake I will either refund you immediately or contact you immediately.
So now for communication. Babicka has said that the problem for Italians is that they find the communication difficult with sellers.
With the English buyers it is easy. I just call them and resolve it. For Italians it is very much more difficult. If there is a problem it takes so long to sort it out. Have to email then wait. Then email back. Then another.
So we need a way to improve communication. My idea was to store everyone’s mobile number and if there is a problem send an SMS.
You can then either:
Call me on the phone if you speak english, SMS back, email me or I will install a chat box on the site for Italians only.
Please let me know what you think.

The other problem is the post. The customs seem to be OK as we are in the EU but in Italy some post goes missing.
I was thinking to make a despatch centre in Italy and send out from there but have been told that Italian post is more expensive and same speed as the English post.
It is better for me if the post is recorded but this will increase the price for you. But if it does not arrive I can send again easily and we can track it. Again, tell me what you think.
As for stock we have lots coming, so don’t worry about that! 3 more weeks I think.
Please tell me your ideas about how to do this and other problem that you have with Giantcod!

A question first of all...I and other people are waiting for some articles that were out of stock when we order...what will be of those?

Communications...sms is a great idea,at the moment i can't think to something better...
Once you will sms someone,than it will decide how to comunicate with you...perfect!It is intrest of us to choose the better method for us,dont' think so?


About italian question instead i would like to have a solution easly...main problem is ITALIAN POST.If you will operate from italy,in my humble opinion you will have problem again...as the same as from UK...

But let's wait some other opinion,ther are some people very very helpfull on this forum...will be here in a bit!Wait and see! ^_^

Hi and welcome on this board! :)
I haven't lost any unregistered airmail from UK yet, but I think that it's a good thing to put a limit value to the unregistered airmail, and when the buyer goes over the price limit he must choose the registered shipment.
Obviously, if you haven't done this before. I don't know how your site works.
