Informazioni su motore brushless 380 o 400 per zoom 400 !

Che differenza c'è fra un motore brushless classe 380 oppure 400?
Per il mio Zoom 400 Protech sarebbe differente scegliere l'uno o l'altro?
Come stock monta un Megax 400 brushed (a spazzole) ma non l'ho nemmeno usato perchè è inutile comprare un regolatore per questi motori quando dopo poco tempo sarei certamente passato ai brushless!

Perchè sono da preferire i brushless rispetto ai brushed?

Sono buone occasioni questi 2 motori reperibili su eBay da poter montare sul mio ZOOM 400?
