ciao ragazzi..
qualche settimana fa ho acquistato su e-bay da "all e rc" un mamba micro pro 6800kv andava benissimo lo facevo andare a 2s e non scaldava eccessivamente ma ora non va più... si è bruciato l'esc
ho contattato il venditore per la restituzione, per fortuna è disposto a cambiarmelo... ecco quello che mi ha scritto

Also, you must also include a completed RMA form which can be downloaded off the websites warranty page at the bottom.

The RMA form online can be opened using adobe acrobat and is a fillable form that you can type your responses into the form on the screen and then print it.

We strongly recommend that you use some type of trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. (USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is acceptable).

ho tolto il codice rma per sicurezza..
ma sto benedetto foglio da compilare dell' RMA dove lo prendo che non ho capito???
avete avuto esperienze simili?
poi le spese di spedizione chi le paga che di questo non mi ha informato?

il foglio lo compili e poi lo stampi direttamente dal sito castle. Le spese di spedizione le paghi tu e poi vogliono anche il numero di una carta di credito valida. Parlo per esperienza, il mio MMM si è fulminato dopo tre minuti della prima scarica. Me ne hanno rispedito uno nuovo. Tempo totale, andata e ritorno con spedizione postale a 13 euri, 40 giorni.

Da qui poi segui la procedura Rossa per REPAIRS e ci arrivi. Te lo fanno compilare, poi te ne mandano copia in email, la stampi e gliela rimandi insieme nel al pacco.
