Attento Savio che la resistenza di shunt dello zener da 20v con quella tensione del filo deve essere una 1k un paio di watt.

Umm capito allora devo comprarla non ho dentro resistenze da 1K 2W :(

Come zener ho dentro tagli 5 12 24 e 27V 1,5W
quindi devo procurarmi anche gli zener da 20V 1,5W?

Allora io nel frattempo continuo a cablarmi il tutto.
Ce la fai a farmi il panello e la pwm come da mia richiesta:wink:

I build your the latest version of mm2001 pwm6 and pwm6 panel, but I have a problem:

The LED D3 not connect, measuring with voltimeter the pins in D3 have only 1Volt, how can I solve this problem.

Everything else this to work well, and the engines work properly.

Increase the value of thin R32 to a maximum of 1K.

I led di step e dir sono stati levati perchè davano problemi e praticamente erano sempre accesi.
Il db25 non credo che si riesca a metterlo agevolmente e poi tanto il collegamento tra i pannelli si può fare semplicemente saldando i fili senza morsetti, tanto i due moduli una volta connessi non si devono separare.

Ok per i Led Step e Dir ma il connettore DB25 ovviamente
mentendo in parallelo i PIN dove serve più corrente mi sarebbe utile
cosi per il panellino comandi uso una normale prolunga parallela.
Sul Panello PWM riusciamo a dare un po d' aria vicino ai Led cosi posso usare
il modello da 10mm?

Ho studiato una nuova posizione delle schede
sfruttando un panello d' alluminio che avevo dentro :D
Nel frattempo sto anche iniziando a cabalre l' elettronica
per la fresa Grande:wink:

Io nella TGA ho il quadro elettrico ed il panellino comandi l' ho a
circa 2mt di distanza quindi a me sono separati eccome :P

The LED is directly commanded by the parallel, can give him that the parallel one has enough current, you remove the oproisolator and test from to see if he illuminates.

I removed the OPTOISOLATOR as you stated and works perfectly, thank you for help me.

Can I use a trasformatore of 12V-8A to the filo? Or have to use a 24V, 12A?

One more question:

I have a transformatore of 15-0+15-0 with 450VA, I can use this transformatore to work with the engines and hotwire with the PWM-MOS7?

I have to make any changes in PWM-MOS7 to work with the voltage (15V)?

I have 8 engines:
4 engines of 5.1V / 1.75A The ASTROSYN
4 engines of 3.1V / 1.00A The ASTROSYN

I can work with any of these engines using the same transformatore?
