pare che le parti legnee siano ricoperte con un nuovo tipo di pellicola, 5 volte più costosa dell'oracover, fatta apposta per essere verniciata. Successivamente le superfici vengono verniciate con la livrea corrispondente e infine con uno strato di antimiscela. Risultato, non ci sono più pezzi di copertura, spesso le "puntine" delle levree, che si staccano.
Inoltre si continua a citare una doppia versione full composite, ma non è molto chiara la cosa..
ecco il flightreport del collaudatore:
"Flight report, after the first flight the rudder throw was reduced, you dont need much, the plane flies so light, inverted just a tad of down elevator to hold level. Knife edge loops a breeze, 'walls' really sharp and square, knife edge to knife edge flicks accurate and quick. The engine never had time to cool down, landed refuelled and back up again, it did cut once at low level in totally the wrong placed, Stuart turned it down wind in a tight and at low level with the wing brushing the crop, levelled out and landed at his feet any other plane would have bitten with a manoeuvre like that.
