Giamboni, the ESC is okay on setup to around 220 ' F. You are running at 140' F so your setup is okay. The ESC may even cool down once you get air moving over the ESC.
The timing should be low-normal and the PWM should work well around 8 Khz to 12 Khz PWM.

In hovering io ho impostato 1700 giri e l'eli stacca da terra con un passo di 5°
