Ok just had my second blade grip bearing failure. The inner race became separated from the outer race and pulled through the blade grip. This however was after a couple of blade strikes (I had about 15 flights). I also noticed just prior to the failure that one of the blade grips was starting to wobble. I pulled off the rotors and checked the feather shaft bolts, both were tight - the wobble was definitely due to the bearing, indicating likely failure. I believe that with such high head speed, rotor strikes can easily damage the bearing inside the blade grip. Not sure how they could fix this, either higher quality bearings or perhaps a washer on the feather shaft screw side of the bearing
