Have you tried it with another type/make controller? Same problem?

A list of controllers and their max. rpm for given number of magnetpoles. Maybe you are hitting the maximum?

-> ESC Max. RPM Limits

CW and CCW justs indicate different winding directions, it has nothing to do with a clock. One could also use black<>white or (+) <> (-) or hot<>cold etc. to inidicate opposite winding directions. 'We' always use uppercase<> lowercase characters AaBb ... etc

All AXI's use LRK or dLRK, they only differ in size and number of winds.In the case of dLRK, make sure whether the number of winds is given per tooth or per two (neighbouring) teeth! More axi rewinds:

Hi Ron
today I make a test with 3c lipo 2250 and 13x8 folding propeller - the motor run perfectly with charge and no have exitation for all stick. Wattmeter record at 10V = 27A that s perfect.
Pull out propeller I look with attention the belt turning and I note a very little swing. It s possible that are a mecanichal and not electric problem. With the charge of propeller run without slowing down.
In next days I can change shaft and ball bearings to see the swing stop.
I any case thanks for info.
Ciao
