In occasione dell'ordine che ho fatto il 15 aprile loro nella stessa giornata mi hanno mandato questo messaggio:
"We will process your order as soon as possible. In most
case, it will takes 0-3 business days. It needs another 7-14
days for shipping via regular air WITHOUT tracking number or 3 - 5 days for EMS Speedpost delivery
Another e-mail will be sent to you when your item is ready to process
Please reply to this email if you have any questions"
Dopo due giorni è arrivato quest'altro messaggio:
"We have sent your order to the express delivery courier. It will take another 3-4 days to reach you.
Shipping duration may delay in heavy postal season."
In effetti dopo 4 giorni dall'ordine è strano che non sia arrivato ancora niente.
Non potrebbe dipendere dal tipo di pagamento che hai scelto?
Io il primo ordine l'ho pagato con la carta di credito, il secondo con PayPal.
