Forse, invece di "proteggersi a futuro" fanno riferimento al EASA "High-level regulatory framework for the U-space" RMT.0230 nel quale ai fini di limitare i rischi di collisioni "danno la facoltà" (è facoltativo, ma nel contesto della sicurezza può essere inteso come fortemente suggerito) alle autorità competenti degli stati membri di emettere dei NOTAM informando luoghi e quote dove potrebbero essere presenti degli UAS.
