Notice of free inspection of T32MZ transmitter
We have discovered that some inadequate parts were used in the manufacturing process of the T32MZ transmitter. A free inspection is being offered to those who have purchased or received a T32MZ transmitter within the serial number range noted below to determine if your radio was affected by these parts. If you have any questions, please contact us by following the instructions below. We will do our best to prevent this from happening in the future, and we thank you for your continued patronage to our products.
* Inspection details
There is a possibility that defective products have been mixed in with the internal wiring of the sticks/gimbals. We will inspect the gimbals and wiring harness of the corresponding lot for defective parts.
* Determination Method 1
The serial number is attached to the main battery compartment (red arrow in Fig. 1) which can be found by removing the battery cover. Numbers beginning with "B9" and "C001" to "C010" are subject to inspection. Product serial numbers that start with "C011" or later are not affected.
