Mi hanno risposto: We are now aware of this issue, and are working to find a fix.
Can you try loosening some of the screws slightly on the back of the case, and see if this helps? Some users report this helps un-stick the buttons.

Sono andato su youtube, ho seguito le indicazioni di un privato, ho limato i pulsanti ed è OK.
Resta sempre il problema che sono gommosi. L'unica cosa è, come dice Romoloman, mettere micro pulsanti. Li ho ordinati, poi farò questa modifica.
