Regolamentazione francese:

Citazione:
- in all cases (the most important) : RC flying is only within sight (even in FPV...), so you can fly as far as you can see (and drive safely...) the plane.
- for club flying : each club has to make a declaration of flight (only one time, at the deposing of the club bylaws, I think) to the DGAC (french autority for civil aviation), what ever the altitude of flying. If the altitude can be higher than 150 m, the club has to justify this special need to the DGAC (for ex., for gliders or turbine jet flying).
- for individual flying : free flights, with no DGAC declaration if below 150 m from ground. That seems to be a little strange in mountain flying (the glider can be at the same altitude as the pilot, but with more than 150 m height from the ground below the glider...), but there is a large leniency for this (as theses rules are written for the most restrictive case, like flying near an airport).
