ok per quanto riguarda l'entrata, ma da quanto mi risulta la superfice d'uscita deve esse uguale alla superfice della ventola.
Ti riporto i ragionamenti a cui mi sono attenuto per la modifica del condotto:
first off here are the changsun 90mm fan FSA#'s
motor housing O.D. = 39mm
housing I.D.= 88mm
based on these #'s here is the FSA range for the exits on a bifurcated exhaust in mm for each exit
Exhaust Diameter (bifurcated outlet)
100% FSA 55.78082108
95% FSA 54.36841914
90% FSA 52.91833331
85% FSA 51.42737598
80% FSA 49.89188311
75% FSA 48.3076081
70% FSA 46.66958324
Ideally you want a balance of top speed and thrust and typically 80 to 90% FSA is desired
now here is the problem the exits on the fiberglass exhaust ducting exits are 45mm and 46mm (their not even the same) this puts the stock fsa below 70% (really not good) this is exactly why Brian felt his jet was stuck in 5th gear. so seems simple enough just make them bigger right? well the fuselage exits with no ducting are 50mm unless you cut them back.
