No, guarda, avuto diversi AXI (erano tra i primi) e il 4120/16 mi ha dato buone prestazioni, per l' epoca, prima che mi si scollassero i magneti, poi cou un 2814/12, motore ECCEZIONALE, venduto dopo 2 anni, mi sono pentito.
Il 2820/10 invece è una stufa, mi dava praticamente le stesse prestazioni del precedente, ma con consumi immani......

Poi sono passato ad altri modelli, e ai motori Inrunner, con e senza riduttore (Jeti, Mega, Typhoon, Kontronik).

Anche qualche cinesino tipo Himax, e qualche outrunner comprato in giro.
Ma i motori migliori tra gli outrunner per me rimangono gli ACTRO, ne ho 2 , un 24-5 e un 32-4, erano montati su modelli a scoppio modificati, rispettivamente un Bellanca Phoenix da 1.6 e un Telemaster Scorpio da 2.0.

Lo vedi che ci caschi di nuovo? Un ACTRO 24-5 da 2 kilwatt e mezzo!!! E 300€ di motore!

Vorrei anche vedere che non sia un buon motore!!!!!

Per il 2820/10 non so cosa dire perché nonl'ho mai provato...ho trovato un test su RCGroups:

"My earlier speculation about AXI motor making a very good sailplane motor was heartily confirmed as soon as I launched my Chip.

The AXI is a very smooth and powerful sailplane motor, equaling (and possibly slightly exceeding) the performance of the FAI 035. The efficiency appears to be a little less, but I still made at least a dozen climbs to high altitude with seven SR Max 2400's, and these climbs were right on the edge of full vertical, at least initially.

They flatten a little as the pack runs down. My sailplane did not exhibit any bad habits at all, only awesome climbs.

The motor and controller were just barely warm on landing, showing that the higher currents were no problem, at least for the comparatively short run times used during climbs. I was very impressed with the AXI in the Chip.

This would be a superior upgrade for Speed 600-size sailplanes, yielding a huge improvement in performance over "can" motor."
